Impossible Foods Inc. plans to cut about 20% of its workforce, according to a Bloomberg New report published Monday, which cited a person familiar with the matter. 

The Silicon Valley-based maker of meatless burgers, chicken nuggets and sausage, employs about 700 people. The cuts, on top of a previous personnel reduction in October, would eliminate more than 100 jobs, Bloomberg reported.
